Q875D Solid Special Defoamer

Q875D is composed of polymer surfactants and fatty acid esters. It is resistant to high temperatures and strong acids, with significant defoaming and foam suppression effects. It is widely used in the extraction of phosphoric acid from phosphate rock using sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and nitric acid, as well as in the desulfurization of feed-grade phosphates and in the defoaming process during titanium dioxide production. It requires a small amount, acts quickly, and is environmentally friendly.

3. Usage and Dosage

In the extraction of ores with strong acids, the production of phosphoric acid, and titanium dioxide, due to the differences in ore sources, a large amount of foam is generated, affecting normal production. The recommended dosage is 0.5-1‰ of the quality of the ore powder, which can be added continuously or intermittently to the extraction tank.

4. Packaging and Storage

Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags or according to user requirements. This product has green packaging, is not flammable or explosive, and should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. The shelf life is one year.
