1. Performance and Applications
Q855 is a new type of defoamer made from modified polymer emulsification of polydimethylsiloxane. It is characterized by high thermal stability, oxidation resistance, non-corrosive, low volatility, non-toxic, high surface activity, and physiological inertness. This product is widely used in industries such as textiles, dyeing, papermaking, coatings, construction, oilfield drilling, refining, mineral processing, mica processing, synthetic resins, rubber, circulating cooling water, wastewater treatment, and wet phosphoric acid. Due to its strong hydrophilicity and long-lasting effect, it is also widely used in foam-free cleaning agents, detergents, synthetic water-based cutting fluids, emulsions, and other products.

3. Usage and Dosage
Add continuously or by shock addition. Before use, tests should be conducted based on the composition, temperature, and pH value of the foaming liquid to determine its applicability. The general dosage is 0.5-1.5% of the defoaming liquid, depending on the specific application.
4. Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 25kg or 50kg plastic barrels, or according to user requirements. This product is non-toxic and classified as non-flammable and non-explosive. Store in a cool, sheltered place, and keep tightly sealed. Storage period is 6 months.
