Q639 Phosphate Purification Agent

In the production process of ammonium phosphate, the sedimentation and separation of phosphoric acid sludge is a very important link, as it directly affects the quality of subsequent products and technical economic indicators. Therefore, it is crucial to study how to accelerate the sedimentation and separation of acid sludge. Traditional natural sedimentation is not only slow and incomplete, but also requires investment in a series of sedimentation tanks. Therefore, introducing purifying agents in the phosphoric acid purification process to significantly accelerate the sedimentation speed of acid sludge is of great significance.

Product Description

1. Performance and Applications

In the production process of ammonium phosphate, the sedimentation and separation of phosphoric acid sludge is a very important link, which directly affects the quality of subsequent products and technical economic indicators. Therefore, it is very important to study how to accelerate the sedimentation and separation of acid sludge. Traditional natural sedimentation is not only slow and incomplete, but also requires investment in a series of sedimentation tanks. Therefore, introducing a clarifying agent in the phosphoric acid purification process to greatly accelerate the sedimentation speed of acid sludge is of great significance.

The Q639 clarifying agent usually achieves sedimentation through flocculation, where its polymer chains bridge between suspended particles, binding small solid particles together to form larger and heavier flocs, thereby accelerating the sedimentation speed, reducing the solid content of phosphoric acid, and lowering the content of impurity ions in phosphoric acid.

2. Quality Indicators

Indicator Name

Indicator Requirements

Appearance

Colorless or slightly yellow solid

Solid Content

≥85

Dissolution Time

≤120

3. Usage and Dosage

  1. Preparation of stock solution: It is best to prepare with deionized water, with a recommended concentration of 1-2%. Stir and dissolve in the dissolution tank at a speed of 100 rpm for use.

  2. Continuous addition: Transfer the stock solution into the dosing tank, open the metering pump, and calculate the dosing flow rate as required. Allow the agent to continuously inject into the system.

  3. The dosage is determined by experiments based on site conditions. Generally calculated at about 10 mg/kg based on slurry flow.

4. Packaging and Storage

Packaged in 25kg woven bags. Moisture-proof and heat-sensitive. Should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. Shelf life is 8 months.
