In the production of wet phosphoric acid, the effectiveness of slurry filtration directly affects the yield of phosphoric acid. To improve filtration efficiency, it is generally done by adding filter aids to the dilute acid slurry.
The filter aid Q629 produced by our company has a significant effect on the dilute acid slurry, can significantly improve the system's filtration capacity, increase washing rate, and enhance phosphorus recovery rate. It is an effective additive for wet phosphoric acid production.

3. Usage and Dosage
1. Preparation of Stock Solution: It is best to prepare with deionized water, with a recommended concentration of 1-2%. When adding, it should be evenly dispersed and added slowly, stirring at a speed of 100 rpm in the dissolution tank for preparation.
2. Continuous Addition: Transfer the stock solution to the dosing tank, open the metering pump, calculate the dosing flow according to the requirements, and let the agent continuously inject into the system.
3. The dosage should be determined by experiments based on site conditions. Generally calculated as about 10 mg/Kg based on slurry flow.
4. Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 25 kg woven bags. Moisture-proof and heat-sensitive. Should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. Shelf life is eight months.
