1. Performance and Applications
In the production of ammonium phosphate using the slurry method, it is necessary to gradually concentrate the ammonium phosphate slurry. Due to the presence of certain impurity salts in phosphoric acid, the pH value of the slurry changes during the neutralization process of ammonium phosphate. Additionally, with the evaporation of moisture during the concentration production, the impurity salts are also concentrated. When their concentration exceeds their solubility, they will precipitate. The deposition and scaling on the heaters, flash evaporators, pumps, and pipelines of the concentration production device severely affect the continuous normal operation of production.
The Q865 ammonium phosphate production anti-scaling agent is a specialized additive developed by our company to solve the problem of harmful salt deposition and scaling in ammonium phosphate production. It effectively prevents or slows down the deposition, loosening, and reducing the adhesion of salt deposits caused by harmful impurities during production. With a certain amount of addition, it can greatly extend the continuous normal production cycle without adversely affecting the production process and its subsequent processes. It is a very effective specialized additive for ammonium phosphate production.
This product is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, easily soluble in phosphoric acid solution, has good stability, and is heat-resistant. It is mainly used to inhibit the deposition and scaling of harmful salts in the ammonium phosphate production system.

3. Usage and Dosage
The dosage should be determined based on the equipment, process conditions, and the content of harmful impurity salts in phosphoric acid. It is recommended to adjust the addition concentration in the range of 100-300mg/kg. This product can be added as raw material or diluted 2-3 times before uniform addition.
4. Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 25-30kg plastic barrels or according to user requirements. This product should be stored in a ventilated, dry, and cool place. The shelf life is one year.
5. Safety Protection
This product is acidic, and protective equipment should be worn during use to avoid direct contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. In case of splashes to the eyes, skin, or clothing, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
