1. Performance and Applications
Phosphate filtration production modifier is a specialized additive to solve the scaling problem in wet-process phosphoric acid overproduction. It is synthesized from special integrated surfactants, solubilizers, enhancers, scale inhibitors, high-efficiency dispersants, and other auxiliaries through a certain process. It effectively prevents the generation of easily scaling substances in wet-process phosphoric acid overproduction, slows down deposition, loosens, and reduces the adhesion of scale. With a certain amount of addition, it can greatly extend the continuous normal production cycle, has no adverse effects on the wet-process phosphoric acid filtration production process and its subsequent processes, and is a very effective additive for wet-process phosphoric acid production.
This product is non-toxic, does not pollute the environment, is easily soluble in phosphoric acid solution, has good stability, is heat-resistant, and has a good inhibitory effect on scaling substances such as calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, and fluorosilicate. This product has a corrosion-inhibiting effect on metal equipment and is mainly used to inhibit the generation of easily scaling substances in wet-process phosphoric acid filtration systems.

3. Usage and Dosage
The dosage should be determined based on the equipment and process conditions, the composition of the phosphate ore, and the content of easily scaling substances in dilute acid. It is recommended to adjust the addition concentration in the range of 100-300mg/kg based on the quality of dilute phosphoric acid. When using this product, it can be added as the original drug or diluted to 2-4 times and then added evenly.
4. Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 25-30kg plastic barrels or according to user requirements. This product should be stored in a ventilated, dry, and cool place. The shelf life is one year.
5. Safety Protection
This product is acidic, and protective equipment should be worn during use to avoid direct contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. In case of splashes to the eyes, skin, or clothing, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
