1. Performance and Applications
This product series uses a polymer aqueous solution polymerization method to synthesize Q915 series water-coal slurry additives, which can form a layer of polymer adsorption containing anionic groups on the surface of coal particles, allowing the coal particles to achieve optimal dispersion effects, increase molecular weight (number average molecular weight), and significantly improve the stability of the water-coal slurry.
Q915 high-concentration, high-stability water-coal slurry additives are mainly used for producing combustion water-coal slurries, applicable in industrial boilers, power station boilers, and industrial kiln furnaces, etc. It can enhance the dispersion and suspension capability of coal powder, achieving an increase in coal slurry concentration, reducing its viscosity, and improving the flowability and stability of the slurry, thereby increasing combustion efficiency while ensuring performance.
Water-coal slurry is a fuel that replaces oil with coal. Additives are an important component in the production of water-coal slurry. After adding water-coal slurry additives, the slurry exhibits low viscosity, high concentration, good dispersibility, flowability, and stability, resulting in better slurry properties and improved combustion efficiency. It is suitable for most types of coal and can be used in industrial boilers, power station boilers, and gasifiers.

4. Packaging and Storage
