1. Performance and Applications
Q716 is a liquid formulation containing phosphorous boiler water treatment agents, including alkalizing agents, corrosion inhibitors, passivators, and dispersants. This product is used to control boiler corrosion, scaling, and deposition, suitable for high, medium, and low-pressure steam boilers, injected into the system at low-pressure points in the boiler feedwater pipeline where mixing is easy. Q716 prevents corrosion, scaling, and deposition through pH adjustment, metal surface adsorption, and dispersion stability.

3. Usage Method
Dosage Point: Before the boiler feedwater pump.
Dosage Amount: The dosage amount depends on several factors, including the quality of the makeup water, thermal deoxygenation, boiler concentration multiple, and variations in evaporation load. The typical dosage range is 5-20 mg/l, adjusted according to the total phosphorus control indicators and boiler operating conditions as per high, medium, and low-pressure boiler standards.
Dilution: Can be added directly in concentrated form or diluted before addition.
4. Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 25kg barrels or according to customer requirements, stored in a sealed state with a shelf life of 12 months.
