Efficient Grey Water Scale Inhibitor (Q917)
Classification:
Product Description
1. Performance and Applications
Gasification technology in our country has entered the stage of industrial application scale. The safe operation of the gasification system requires qualified raw materials and mature processes as prerequisites. The treatment of ash water in the gasification process is crucial. Due to the characteristics of high alkalinity, high hardness, and high turbidity of the return water, it is prone to scaling, which is essential for the long-term safe operation of the entire production unit. It is necessary to add suitable dispersants that meet the process requirements in the ash water system to suppress scaling. Currently, most dispersants on the market can only be used for water treatment in normal temperature ash water systems and cannot meet the requirements of gasification ash water systems.
Due to the process requirements of the ash water system, the ash water is at a high pressure of 4.0~6.5MPa and a high temperature of 150~250℃. Therefore, it is required that the scale inhibitor not only does not decompose and become inactive under this high pressure and high temperature but also must maintain good scale inhibition and dispersion performance.
Q917 is mainly composed of phosphonic acid polymer electrolytes, non-ionic surfactants, etc., and belongs to a mixed multifunctional fully organic alkaline water treatment agent. It can effectively disperse particulate matter in water, prevent the precipitation of calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate in water, and has properties such as high-temperature resistance, not easily decomposed, high pH resistance, and antioxidant properties. It also has advantages such as simple operation and convenient management.
It is suitable for the ash water system of gasification, especially for water systems with high hardness and high turbidity. It has a wide range of applicable water quality and is currently the best scale inhibitor.
