This product is a highly effective bactericide and algaecide based on strong chlorine. Unlike solid chlorine products, it does not cause the system to produce white scale while disinfecting and eliminating algae. For water bodies that have already grown algae or have a lot of system slime, a shock dose of this product at 100-200 mg/L can quickly kill and remove them. Alternating its use with active bromine or quaternary ammonium salt algaecides yields better results.
Key words:
This product is a scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor specially designed for low hardness water. It is non-toxic and will not cause secondary pollution to water bodies. It is mainly applied to circulating water with 2+ Ca (calculated as CaCO3) less than 50mg/L, with a dosage concentration of 50~100mg/L, resulting in a corrosion rate of carbon steel lower than 0.075mm/a and a fouling attachment rate of less than 15mcm.
This product is made from unmodified anionic and cationic surfactants and mineral ultrafine powder. When directly spread on the surface of fertilizers and evenly wrapped, it can effectively prevent and improve the clumping of fertilizers. This product has a lower dosage compared to general powdered products, has good adhesion; it is easy to use and simple to operate; the effect is stable, and the cost is easy to control; it does not affect the quality of fertilizers; it does not affect water solubility, and has no impact on crops and the environment.
During the operation of the thickener, the phenomenon of overflow running turbid often occurs, which not only affects the reuse of overflow water but also leads to the loss of concentrate and environmental pollution. To solve the problem of turbidity in the thickener and achieve the desired underflow velocity, it is necessary to control the feed concentration and flow rate, the dosage of flocculant, and the concentration or density of the overflow and underflow. Choosing the appropriate flocculant and its dosage is one of the methods to address the issue of overflow turbidity in the thickener.
