1. Performance and Applications
This product is made from unmodified anionic and cationic surfactants and mineral ultrafine powder. When directly spread on the surface of fertilizers and evenly wrapped, it can effectively prevent and improve the caking condition of fertilizers. This product has a lower dosage compared to general powdered products, good adhesion; it is easy to use and operate; the effect is stable, and cost is easy to control; it does not affect the quality of fertilizers; it does not affect water solubility, and has no impact on crops and the environment.
This powdered anti-caking agent is generally used in conjunction with the Q810 paste series anti-caking agents, first wrapping with the Q810 paste series anti-caking agent, and then spreading the Q820 powdered anti-caking agent on the surface of the fertilizer.

3. Usage and Dosage
The recommended dosage is 2.0~5.0kg/T fertilizer.
Use a screw conveyor to transport the powder to the wrapping machine for proper mixing with the fertilizer. This product works better when used in conjunction with the Q810 series paste anti-caking agents.
4. Safety Protection
Protective equipment should be worn during use to avoid direct contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. In case of splashes to eyes, skin, or clothing, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
5. Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 20kg or 25kg woven bags or according to user requirements. This product should be stored in a ventilated, dry, and cool place. The shelf life is one year.
