1. Performance and Applications
This product is composed of anti-caking agents, colorants, and other high molecular additives, which effectively encapsulate the fertilizer to achieve excellent dust removal, anti-caking, and coloring effects, keeping the fertilizer in a loose state for a long time.
This product is easy to use, has low usage costs, excellent effects, is safe and environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and non-corrosive.
This product is suitable for the anti-caking and coloring of diammonium phosphate and granular monoammonium phosphate fertilizers. This product is generally used in conjunction with the O813 granulation modifier (internally added).

3. Usage and Dosage
The recommended dosage is 2.0-3.0 kg/T.
1. Check if the adding equipment is functioning properly.
2. Heat the Q811 anti-caking package agent and maintain it at around 80-90℃.
3. All conveying pipelines, metering pumps, etc., should have steam tracing insulation to ensure smooth flow.
4. When stopping use, blow out the pipelines with compressed air. If any blockage is found, use steam to clear it before stopping the machine.
4. Safety Protection
Protective equipment should be worn during use to avoid direct contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. In case of splashes on eyes, skin, or clothing, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
5. Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 180 kg iron drums or according to user requirements. Store in a ventilated, dry, and cool place, away from fire sources. The shelf life is one year.
