Gasification technology in our country has entered the stage of industrial application scale. The safe operation of the gasification system requires qualified raw materials and mature processes as prerequisites. The treatment of ash water in the gasification process is crucial. Due to the characteristics of high alkalinity, high hardness, and high turbidity of the return water, it is prone to scaling, which is essential for the long-term safe operation of the entire production facility. It is necessary to add suitable dispersants that meet the process requirements in the ash water system to suppress scaling. Currently, most dispersants on the market can only be used for water treatment in ambient temperature ash water systems and cannot meet the requirements of gasification ash water systems.

This product is a new type of corrosion inhibitor synthesized from benzotriazole and organic amines. It is widely used in the industrial water treatment industry. In circulating cooling water systems, this product is one of the most effective corrosion inhibitors for copper, copper alloys, and aluminum alloys, commonly used in the circulating cooling water systems of thermal power plants. Adding this product to the circulating cooling water systems of ammonia synthesis plants also has a good anti-corrosion effect.
This product is an efficient liquid scale inhibitor/dispersant used to control scaling caused by the precipitation of silicates, carbonates, sulfates, and iron oxides in membrane separation systems. It effectively controls scaling of silicates, calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, etc., and has sufficient dispersing ability to disperse blocking particles on the membrane surface; it is suitable for all membranes; effective over a wide range of feed water pH; compatible with aluminum and iron oxides in the feed water; can be added directly or diluted for addition. Suitable for different water sources. Using this scale inhibitor/dispersant can extend the system cleaning cycle, prolong membrane life, and reduce operating costs.
This product is mainly composed of efficient corrosion inhibitors, dispersants, and copper corrosion inhibitors. It has excellent corrosion inhibition effects on carbon steel, copper materials, and stainless steel in softened water or desalinated water, and also has scale inhibition effects.
Pre-coating agent for metal equipment and pipelines in the circulating cooling water system. This product can form a dense chemical precipitation film on clean metal surfaces to protect metal equipment from corrosion. This product is also a corrosion inhibitor and can be used during normal operation of circulating water, with a dosage concentration of 10~20mg/L. When used as a pre-coating agent, the dosage concentration is 300~500mg/L.
This product is mainly composed of organic acids, surfactants, and corrosion inhibitors. It is suitable for cleaning before the operation of circulating cooling water systems, providing a good metal surface for pre-coating and normal operation, with excellent permeability and decontamination ability. Under certain conditions, it can remove grease, dirt, and soft scale from metal surfaces. This product can be used for non-stop cleaning after major repairs of old systems, with a decontamination rate greater than 95%.
This product is a water-soluble polymer with good flocculation properties. It is mainly used for flocculation treatment of tap water, purified water, industrial water supply, and wastewater.
