Water-soluble porous ammonium nitrate additives are composed of polymer compounds such as crystal control agents, penetrants, flame retardants, and plasticizers. They are an excellent water-soluble ammonium nitrate dispersant. Its characteristic is that it solves the previous issues of anti-caking agents used in granulated ammonium nitrate, which have not resolved problems such as poor water solubility, easy clogging of granulation nozzles, and safety issues in large circulation during actual use. The product components are substances with excellent water solubility, ensuring that after mixing with molten ammonium nitrate, the granulation process does not clog the nozzles and can be safely used in large circulation operations. It is an effective additive for preparing porous granules with high oil absorption rates of ammonium nitrate. It can also be used as a moisture-proof and anti-caking agent for preparing granular ammonium nitrate.

The porous ammonium nitrate dispersant is composed of polymer compounds such as crystal control agents, anti-water agents, and anti-caking agents. It is mainly used for the outer wrapping of porous ammonium nitrate to prevent moisture absorption and powdering, enhance particle strength, and keep the product in a loose state for a long time. It can also be used in urea-based compound fertilizers, ammonium nitrate, or phosphate fertilizers to prevent product caking.
In the production of ammonium phosphate using the slurry method, it is necessary to gradually concentrate the ammonium phosphate slurry. Due to the presence of certain impurity salts dissolved in phosphoric acid, the pH value of the slurry changes during the neutralization process of ammonium phosphate. Additionally, with the evaporation of moisture during the concentration production, the impurity salts are also concentrated. When their concentration exceeds their solubility, they will precipitate and deposit on the heaters, flash evaporators, pumps, and pipelines of the concentration production equipment, severely affecting the continuous normal operation of production.
