The annual return visit work is a long-standing customer relationship management effort by Wuhan Qiangsheng Technology. Under the leadership of the company's senior management, the chief engineers, application engineers, and sales managers from various R&D departments visit customer factories and workshops, delving into various production processes and application sites, collecting information and data, discussing with customers, analyzing product usage, new trends in customer industries, challenges and pain points in production, as well as training customer workshop employees on different matters.
This year's return visit has already begun. Under the leadership of General Manager Sheng, Professor Huang, Chief Engineer Yang, and others visited customers in the Yunnan and Guizhou regions. With a packed schedule, everyone was busy, moving from one stop to another, visiting one company after another. Their presence could be seen in meeting rooms, workshops, and equipment rooms. At each customer site, there was not only ample communication and detailed discussions but also intense exchanges, and in the end, both we and the customers gained a lot.

This not only reflects the high importance and care that Qiangsheng people place on each customer but is also an important work that brings us closer to customers, helps us understand them, and creates better value for them.
