This product is an efficient liquid scale inhibitor/dispersant for reverse osmosis membrane systems, phosphate-free, used to control the scaling and precipitation of carbonates, sulfates, silicates, fluorides, and iron-aluminum oxides in membrane separation systems. It effectively controls the scaling of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, silicates, etc., on the membrane surface, with sufficient dispersing ability to disperse blocking particles on the membrane surface; suitable for all membranes; effective over a wide pH range; compatible with aluminum and iron oxides in the feed water; can be added directly or diluted; suitable for different water sources. Using this scale inhibitor can extend the system cleaning cycle and membrane life, reducing operating costs.
Key words:
This product is a fully organic scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor specifically designed for power plants, composed of a blend of multiple organic phosphonic acids, phosphonic acid copolymers, and copper corrosion inhibitors. It has special dispersing properties for various types of scale; the copper corrosion inhibitor can form a dense protective film on the surface of the equipment, thereby slowing down the corrosion rate.
This product is a scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor specially designed for low hardness water. It is non-toxic and will not cause secondary pollution to water bodies. It is mainly applied to circulating water with 2+ Ca (calculated as CaCO3) less than 50mg/L, with a dosage concentration of 50~100mg/L, resulting in a corrosion rate of carbon steel lower than 0.075mm/a and a fouling attachment rate of less than 15mcm.
This product is a fully organic formulation composed of organic phosphonic acid, sulfonic acid copolymers, and corrosion inhibitors. It is resistant to high temperatures, with a characteristic of not decomposing at 250°C. In circulating water with carbonate hardness of 100~600 mg/L (calculated as CaCO3), the corrosion rate of carbon steel is less than 0.075 mm/a, and the fouling thermal resistance value is less than 2.0×10·K/W. This product is widely used in industrial circulating water in fertilizer plants, chemical plants, refineries, steel mills, oxygen generators, central air conditioning units, and as a scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor in oilfield water injection.
This product can quickly form a layer of chemically adsorbed film on the surfaces of carbon steel, copper, and stainless steel in various acidic media, protecting the metal from erosion by hydrogen ions.
